If you have design capabilities, or have access to an in-house designer, you may want to design your own files. Here you can download templates that will allow you to properly setup your files for the best print output.

A few general guidelines:

• Check all images for print quality.  Original size should be CMYK, 300dpi. If image size is increased without proper measures, image quality may be questionable. Most internet images are not high quality enough for large-format applications. If you are not sure, please ask.
• Outline all vector fonts and strokes. We often have to open files to prepare for printing. This will prevent loss of fonts and the chance of reprint. Although we will try our best to catch any print issues prior to printing, you are ultimately responsible if file is not saved properly.
• As much as possible, use vector graphics to allow for the clearest text and graphic lines.
• Rasterize all images to avoid unecessary file sizes.
• Be sure to clearly explain how you have setup the file when you send it to us for printing.
• For vehicle graphics, please talk to us ahead of time if you are unsure as to proper file sizing and resolution. We can give you an idea of file size.
• It is helpful if you have a layered file to send us the working file as well in case any adjustments need to be made.
